He also served as the WJHO Station Manager, where he drove an exponential 1000% first-year revenue increase, demonstrating strong leadership and rapid business growth strategies.
With specialized knowledge in areas like search engine optimization, pre-dating Google itself, web design, and digital media, Joel now oversees day-to-day operations, SEO, and web teams at Inner Spark. By leveraging his analytical skills and strategic vision, he develops integrated digital solutions aimed at driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and success for the agency’s clients.
Dan Adams brings over two decades of media and advertising experience to his role as Lead Marketing Strategist at Inner Spark. After beginning his career in radio ad sales in the Nashville market, Dan went on to gain expertise across print, broadcast television, and digital platforms through positions at companies like South Central Media, The Tennessean newspaper, KVUE TV in Austin, and Cox Media Group in Atlanta.
Leveraging skills in areas such as media strategy, creative development, search marketing, and display advertising, Dan develops integrated, multi-channel campaigns aimed at solving client challenges and driving revenue growth. Since joining Inner Spark in 2021, he has been dedicated to helping brands connect with consumers in order to build lasting relationships and success.
